Anemon reef is halfway to the islands Phi-Phi. Along with the dive sites Shark Point and a sunken ferry King Cruiser they form a sort of triangle.
Anemon reef - is a limestone cliff that rises from 30 meters below the seabed to surface level.
The top of the reef is covered with fields of green and blue anemones. Hence the name of the site. Gently swaying, they give themselves up to the tidal current, creating the illusion of a rock coming to life. The symbiosis between anemones and clownfish opens up the opportunity for divers to see thousands of colorful fish. Who are happy to pose for your camera.
The diving begins you start at the bottom of the reef and then climb to the top of the reef to study butterfly fish, parrotfish, swarms of chevron barracuda and the excellent hunters Gian Trevali. In the crevices you can view both large spotted grouper and small peeler shrimp. If you are lucky enough to be an attentive diver, seahorses are at your service.
