The purpose of recreational freediving is human safety, comfort and health.

- With or without flippers.
- With or without a wetsuit.
- Loaded and unloaded.
- With or without a breathing tube.
A true freediver should be able to make a descent when and where he wants. Where there is water, there is freediving.

After completing the basic (initial) course You will already have all the necessary skills for safe breath-hold diving. But you can make your dives even more comfortable and safe by taking other courses:
On the various courses you will, under the supervision and guidance of your instructor, try to reach your first serious depths and learn and practice mutual safety skills.
- You will learn how to act in case of an emergency situation and, most importantly, how to prevent it from happening.
- You will learn information on how breath-hold dives are professionally organized.
