PADI EFR Course - This is a very demanding course for those divers who take their hobby seriously as a risky activity. For this reason, a CPR course is also a prerequisite for the PADI rescue diver program.
After taking the course. EFR, or Emergency First Response, you will be prepared to respond quickly and provide the necessary assistance in emergency situations, which can be useful not only in diving, but also in everyday life.
Explore useful skills such as CPR and indirect cardiac massage, which at some point can save the life of your loved ones - friends or relatives. Learn how to bandage and fix fractures, stop bleeding, etc.
The EFR course consists of of one theoretical lecture and a practical session.
- Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
- Administer first aid.
- Apply and use an automatic defibrillator.
All of the above procedures include care for adults, children and infants.
- Increase the diver's safety and comfort while diving;
- Anticipate and prevent problems that could theoretically occur while diving;
- Be prepared to manage real-life emergencies that could theoretically occur while diving;
- Assist a scuba diver in a stressful situation on the surface and underwater;
- Improve your diver qualification on the DIVELEADER and DIVEMASTER course (subject to completion of the ADVANCED UNIVERSAL DIVER and PROFESSIONAL BUOYANCY DIVER courses).
